A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas she is one of ten children, the proverbial “middle child”. Growing up “in the middle” she always felt like a liaison between her older and younger siblings.  She had to respect her older siblings and teach the younger ones; as a result, she learned to master the art of diplomacy, instead of fending for personal interests she always looked for the best method to resolve a conflict, which benefitted everyone.

As a part of her evolution, she has walked on fire with Tony Robbins, fixed her life with Iyanla Vanzant and was a Louise Hay teacher.  She employs an empathic approach, is an excellent listener who is ready to bring others out of the silence and give them a voice.

She is married and has two children and five grandchildren.  She is an environmental enthusiast and in her spare time, enjoys genealogical researching, reading, watching documentaries, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family, sorority sisters and friends.
